Our rates

Our BIPOC- and women-led organization has a rate range that accommodates most organizations. In lieu of a fixed hourly fee, we offer options within the scope and duration of your project and budget. We do this because our work together is a partnership, not a transaction. We go “all-in” for clients; between meetings, emails, or reports, our hearts and minds are actively dreaming and thinking about your success.

We have an equitable rate policy, with higher fees for resourced organizations and lower fees for groups led by and serving systemically under-resourced communities. This structure allows us to show up fully in our movement and collaborate with a range of initiatives from smaller, frontline justice nonprofits to larger foundations.
